12. Children and Minors

cccjl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years. The Platform is strictly intended for adult players who meet the minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for every registered Account.

cccjl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or NPC regulatory guidance. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how your personal data is processed — cccjl will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Minor or administrative updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the policy) may be made without prior notice.
