By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
cccjl is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You may not register or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cccjl complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. cccjl employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any Player found to be operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts suspended, and any balances, bonuses, and winnings therein will be forfeited.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All Players must complete KYC verification before being permitted to withdraw funds from their Account. KYC requires the submission of a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, SSS ID, driver's license, passport, or PhilHealth ID). cccjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
Important: Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or refusal to provide requested documentation, will result in Account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges. cccjl is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity — KYC is a critical component of that commitment.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, and Account activity.
You must immediately notify cccjl via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization or if your login credentials have been compromised. cccjl will investigate the matter but is not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.
You must ensure that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. If your email address, mobile number, or residential address changes, you are required to update your Account details promptly through the Account Settings page or by contacting cccjl support.
cccjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no hidden fees imposed by cccjl on standard deposits, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees independently. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may be requested through the Withdraw section of your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours for e-wallet payments (GCash, PayMaya) and within one to three business days for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on external factors beyond cccjl's control.
cccjl reserves the right to request additional identity verification or documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name that matches the KYC documentation on file with cccjl. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Your Wallet balance represents the PHP funds available for wagering or withdrawal. The balance displayed in your Account dashboard is the authoritative and accurate record of your funds. In the event of a discrepancy between your Wallet balance and any third-party record, cccjl's internal records shall prevail.
If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, cccjl reserves the right to classify the Account as dormant and impose an administrative maintenance fee. You will be notified via email prior to the imposition of any such fee. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact cccjl support.
All Players must engage in gaming activities in a fair, honest, and sportsmanlike manner. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute serious breaches of these Terms:
Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension. cccjl reserves the right to void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and forfeit any remaining Account balance associated with the breach. In cases of suspected criminal activity, cccjl will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies.
All RNG-based games on cccjl — including slots, bingo, Mines Grand, and instant win games — utilize certified Random Number Generators that have been tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and cannot be manipulated by cccjl or any external party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where applicable.
cccjl may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to Players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published on the Promotions page and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering (or "rollover") requirements, which specify the number of times bonus funds or winnings from free spins must be wagered before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before conversion to withdrawable cash. cccjl monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse. If a Player is found to be exploiting promotions — including but not limited to placing low-risk, mathematically certain wagers solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — cccjl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict the Player's access to future promotions without prior notice.
All content on the cccjl Platform — including but not limited to the cccjl brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, website design, text, audio, video, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of cccjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any cccjl content without explicit prior written permission from cccjl.
cccjl endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cccjl's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. cccjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform unavailability.
Gaming involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on cccjl. cccjl shall not be liable for gaming losses incurred during the course of normal Platform use. By using cccjl, you confirm that you are wagering discretionary funds that you can afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cccjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Note: Nothing in this Limitation of Liability clause excludes or limits cccjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cccjl Platform, you should first contact cccjl's customer support team via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected]. cccjl commits to acknowledging your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt. Please include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation when submitting a complaint.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the cccjl compliance team. cccjl is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All dispute records are retained for a minimum period of five (5) years.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through cccjl's internal process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution before resorting to litigation. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
cccjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, cccjl will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
cccjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if cccjl reasonably determines that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. In such circumstances, cccjl may withhold and forfeit any Account balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals where permitted by applicable law.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting cccjl support via live chat or email. Before processing Account closure, cccjl will confirm your identity, settle any pending wagers, and process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your registered payment method. Once an Account is closed at the Player's request, it may be reopened subject to cccjl's verification and cooling-off procedures. Players who have self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons should note that cccjl applies additional restrictions on Account reopening requests.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through cccjl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
By registering an Account on cccjl, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the purposes of any legal proceedings related to your use of the Platform, and you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue, inconvenient forum, or otherwise.
